The Government of West Bengal approached Kivuli to develop an integrated platform for the Integrated Personnel Police Management System (IPPMS). The objective was to create a platform that would enable the online management of canteen services, facilitate delivery handled by Zorrro, integrate human resource management (HRM), and incorporate a Local Information Management System (LIMS) for more efficient management of data.

Kivuli was entrusted with designing, developing, branding, and maintaining this multi-faceted platform, ensuring it met the operational needs of the police department while streamlining workflows across various departments.
